Is the $150 for both ways?

Yes — $150 covers both your pickup to the restaurant and your return home. No hidden fees.

What time can I book?

Any time during the transfer window — 5:30pm to 10pm, 7 days a week. Return pickup after 10pm incurs overtime charges.

How do I get picked up on the return?

Simply text your driver when you're ready to leave. Your driver will collect you within 30 minutes of your text.

Which areas do you service?

Free pickup zones include Pokolbin, Cessnock, Nulkaba and North Rothbury. Other Hunter Valley areas available — additional distance charges may apply based on return distance.

Do I need to provide a child seat?

A child seat is mandatory for all children. We do not provide child seats — customers must bring their own approved child safety or booster seat, install it securely, and take full responsibility. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without refund.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations 14+ days prior: full refund less $50 admin fee. Within 14 days: 50% forfeited. Within 36 hours or no-show: 100% forfeited. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@looptours.com.au.
