Is the $200 for both ways?
Yes — $200 covers your trip to the venue and your return home, for up to 15 km each way (30 km total return). No hidden fees.
What if I'm further than 15 km from the venue?
Each additional 5 km each way (10 km total return) adds $50 to the base price. Use the calculator above for an instant quote.
How do I get picked up after the show?
Your driver will text your exact pickup time, within your selected window, half an hour beforehand. Please be at the pickup point on time, as other pickups are scheduled for the next window. Note that event traffic and road closures can occasionally push pickup later than expected, but your return home is guaranteed.
Which areas do you service?
Free pickup zones include Pokolbin, Cessnock, Lovedale, North Rothbury, Branxton, and anywhere within 15km of Hunter Valley Gardens. Other areas available, additional distance charges may apply.
How many guests can travel together?
Event transfers cover up to 4 guests per booking.
Do I need to provide a child seat?
Yes. We don't provide child seats, so please bring and install your own approved child safety or booster seat.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations 14+ days prior: full refund less $50 admin fee. Within 14 days: 50% forfeited. Within 36 hours or no-show: 100% forfeited. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@looptours.com.au.
