The base price covers your private transfer to or from Sydney International Airport (SYD) and includes up to 200 km of travel. Any distance beyond 200 km is charged at $50 per 15 km or part thereof, payable on the day.
How long does the trip take?
Approximately 3 hours depending on your pickup location and traffic. We recommend allowing extra time for early morning or peak-hour travel to Sydney.
What if my flight is delayed?
A 20-minute grace period applies at no cost. If you need your driver to wait beyond this, a waiting fee of $30 per 30 minutes applies. Contact us at the time of booking to arrange flight monitoring.
Do I need to provide a child seat?
A child seat is mandatory for all children travelling with us. We do not provide child seats — customers must bring their own approved child safety or booster seat, install it securely, and ensure it is used correctly for the entire journey. This is the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to provide a compliant seat may result in refusal of service without refund.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations 14+ days prior receive a full refund less a $50 admin fee. Within 14 days, 50% is forfeited. Within 36 hours or no-show, 100% is forfeited. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@looptours.com.au.
