Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a deposit secures your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due a few days before your tour or on the day, depending on the tour type.

Q: Are the wine tours private?
A: Absolutely. All our tours are private and tailored to your group — no strangers, no shared vehicles.

Q: Can we choose the wineries we visit?
A: Yes! You can hand-pick your favourite stops, or let us suggest a custom itinerary based on your wine preferences, group size, and timing.

Q: Do you offer non-wine activities?
A: Yes — we can include breweries, distilleries, cheese tastings, chocolate shops, scenic lookouts, or even hot air balloon add-ons.

Q: How long does a typical tour run?
A: Most full-day tours run between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm, but we’re flexible — just let us know what works for you.

🚘 Pickups & Transport

Q: Where do you pick up from?
A: We pick up from most accommodations across the Hunter Valley region. If you’re staying outside our standard zone, an additional travel fee may apply.

Q: Can you collect us from Sydney or Newcastle?
A: Yes, transfers from Sydney, Newcastle, or Central Coast can be arranged — just contact us for a custom quote.

Q: What kind of vehicles do you use?
A: Our fleet includes modern, air-conditioned vehicles ranging from sedans and SUVs to minibuses. All vehicles are clean, comfortable, and fully insured.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash (on prior agreement). Some tours may require payment in full prior to departure.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A: Life happens! Let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a fee, depending on the tour type and timing.

Q: Are tasting fees included in the tour price?
A: Some tours include tasting fees; others don’t — it depends on your preferences and chosen stops. We’ll clarify this when building your itinerary.

Q: Can we drink alcohol in the vehicle?
