Long Lunch Transfers
The long lunch is a Hunter Valley tradition — and no one wants to be the driver. From midday we run return transfers to lunch favourites like Hunters Quarter, Baumé, Pescara Restaurant, Bistro Molines and Restaurant Botanica. Settle in, order the second bottle, and text us when you're ready to head home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does $150 include the return trip?
It does. One price covers the drive to your restaurant and the ride back to your accommodation afterwards — nothing extra on the day.
Can I book a lunch transfer?
Yes — our restaurant transfers run from 12pm right through to 10pm, 7 days a week, so long lunches and dinner bookings are both covered. Returns after 10pm attract overtime charges.
How does the return pickup work?
No set return time needed. When the last course is done, send your driver a text — we'll be out the front within 30 minutes.
Where do you pick up from?
Pokolbin, Cessnock, Nulkaba and North Rothbury are in our free pickup zone. Staying elsewhere in the Hunter? We can still collect you — pricing follows the return-distance table above.
What about child seats?
Children must travel in an approved child safety or booster seat. We don't supply seats — you'll need to bring your own, fit it securely and take responsibility for its use. Without a compliant seat we may have to refuse the trip, with no refund.
What's your cancellation policy?
More than 14 days out you'll receive a full refund minus a $50 admin fee. Inside 14 days, half the fare is forfeited; inside 36 hours or for a no-show, the full fare is forfeited. Please email cancellations to info@looptours.com.au.
Can I combine with a wine tour?
Absolutely — many guests do a wine tour by day and a restaurant run at night. Our Premium wine tour even includes a complimentary dinner transfer. See wine tour packages.
